Which is best 250cc motocross bike around "89/90? - 1990 kawasaki 90 jet ski
Looking to buy a 250cc motocross bike, to compete in the category of evolution. Cyclists must before 1990, but in May 1990 will include models that are generally available in 1989. I am not aware of these models at the time so any help appreciated. Kawasaki? Honda? Yamaha? Suzuki? To avoid years?

It was really a RM250 90 and a friend had a CR250 90th When I took the bike has been excluded, with my Suzuki not only performance but also the quality of construction. The engine of the RC was fantastic.
92 Honda and I left without looking back.
Another friend had a 90 KX 250 which seemed a bit outdated and not feel faster than I run, but my time in almost the same as what I could do to be the community. Power in the KX is very linear, but not exciting, but the suspension is very luxurious.
Never mounted YZ, no comment really.
I want to go with the CR, if I were you, though.
No real lemons, as such, but here is a brief list
Each year, CR 87 was good enough, always said that it was very good 88 to 90 a good choice (he had a 86.87)
RM 89 and 90 were the best (and had a 88 & 90)
KX I thought she looked old and not particularly exciting (insomnia)
YZ Sorry, I do not remember those days, never use a bike myself or my teammates. Must be a reason!
