Could someone tell me a chicken pot pie recipe using these? - pot pie recipe

I know the recipe for Chicken Pot Pie with frozen vegetables, cooked chicken pieces, and everything I made from flour, water scratch.Like and leave the crust? Does it more ingredients in the plant kingdom?

Quick Chicken Pot Pie


INGREDIENTS:
2 1 / 2 cups of chicken
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, about 1 / 2 cup
1 1 / 2 cup frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables
1 / 4 cup chopped onion
1 / 2 glass of cream of mushroom or cream chicken

PREPARATION:
Place chicken, vegetables, salt and pepper in a pot with 2 liters. Add broth and stir, add milk gradually over time until the desired consistency.
