Does anyone else get frequent urination right before ovulation? - cycling urination

I think I have symptoms of estrogen in the middle of my cycle. I have nausea, heartburn, frequent urination (in particular). Someone else has this every month or am I just weird? Here is my letter, you'll see what I mean. And this happens every month.
